Boudicea Belle Primed For Seasonal Return

14th November, 2018

Boudicea Belle will return to the racing arena under lights at Canterbury's evening meeting this Friday after a 44 week long hiatus from the track. The daughter of Smart Missile has come back in fine fettle, if trials are anything to go by, as she has trotted up in both this preparation under the soft hands of Rachel King who will retain the ride on the filly in the Canterbury Foodies Markets 3yo Maiden Handicap.

Drawn the inside stall one, we are hoping The Highclere Ladies filly will show a clean pair of heels around a well known circuit. Gai and Adrian are known to use the Canterbury track for training purposes on the odd occasion and Boudicea Belle has benefited from the trips away to become accustomed to one of Sydney's superior racing surfaces.

Fingers crossed Boudicea Belle can continue to furnish into her three-year-old season, which kicks off at 7.15pm on Friday evening. Wishing her owners, jockey Rachel King and the Gai & Adrian team all the very best of luck on Friday!
