HIGHCLERE RACING'S WEEKLY NEWS

10/3/23
In Case you missed it, there was some very exciting news this week. We announced that Naval College, Bred and raced by the late queen, will be joining the Highclere Racing Australia team!
He has settled in well at the Annabel Neasham stables and isn’t far off having his first jump-out. Highclere has a big connection with the Royal Family and the late Queen so it was lovely to be able to secure Naval College and hopefully, he can be a nice Melbourne Cup prospect.
In other exciting news, Great House and Olympic Theatre are both due to have a trial on Monday so it won’t be long before we see both of them on the track while Bartholomeu Dias is enjoying some beach work before he returns to Annabel’s Warwick Farm stables while Korolev will also be resuming soon. It’s certainly all stations go into the Autumn.
Durston’s rehab is coming along well which is terrific news. He will continue to be given time to rest and recover but we will keep you updated along the way.
Unfortunately, both Armageddon and Highland Cathedral were disappointing yesterday but they look like they have both come to the end of their preparations so they will now be spelled and return later this year. Hint of Stars was meant to be heading to the Adelaide Cup but has suffered a small setback so the Cumani Racing team will get him right before deciding on any future races.
We look forward to the weeks ahead and as always make sure you follow our socials so you don’t miss a minute of the action.
