HIGHCLERE RACING’S WEEKLY NEWS

27/9/22
Bartholomeu Dias was good in the Toowoomba Cup on Saturday, although not a winning run, he stuck on well and with his get back and run on style of racing the leaders were too far in front for him to make up the ground. He always tries hard and certianly hasn’t lost any admirers in that run.
Unfortunately Bathurst was a little too wet for Olympic Theatre who looks like he will line up tomorrow at Rosehill over 1800m. He was very unlucky last start so hopefully the break come his way.
Then we look forward to an exciting weekend where we will see the 2 Melbourne Cup hopes, Durston to line up in Group 1 The Metropolitan at Randwick and Great House in the Group 1 Turnbull Stakes at Flemington. We also had the 2nd declarations for the Melbourne Cup today and Durston received a penalty for his recent win in the Newcastle Cup which has seen him jump to 30th in the ballot. Great House is currently sitting at 18th.
Korolev is also nominated for Saturday, so there could be 3 Highclere runners to watch. It is great to see these horses racing at such a high level and with the high expectations of the younger horses in Highland Cathedral, Armageddon and Korolev there is certainly no better time to join Highclere Australia team.
With limited shares available in Olympic Theatre, Highland Cathedral and Korolev there is no waiting, you know what you are going to get and that is quality. Email info@highclereracing.com.au now and become part of a winning team!
