It was fantastic to see Great House return on Saturday, it was obviously too short, but it was a nice kick-off point for him. This week we have Hint of Stars returning, he had a minor setback but has worked well leading into his run at Bendigo tomorrow with Beau Mertens in the saddle.
Durston has been going terrific in his rehabilitation and they are very happy with the progress he has made which is wonderful.
Bartholomeu Dias is still enjoying his time at the beach, it looks so beautiful we wouldn't want to leave either. Being an older horse different forms of training are very beneficial so hopefully, he can come back in the same form as the last preparation.
Naval College, Olympic Theatre and Korolev are all getting closer to returning, having had a jump out it won’t be long before we see all of them on the track. It was exciting to see Naval College perform well in his first Australian trial, James McDonald rode him and he was impressed with him so we look forward to seeing what he can do in Australia.
Highland Cathedral and Armageddon are still enjoying their time out so we will update when they return.
